Pavan heads the Business vertical at CapitalXB, bringing deep expertise in corporate & transaction banking along with fintech.
He has held senior roles at HSBC, Standard Chartered, L&T Finance and RBL Bank, and led and developed credit verticals at B2B platforms such as Infra Market and JSW One Platforms Ltd.
Most recently he led supply chain finance and debt syndication at FlexiLoans.
